Manibrata is a freak scientist with immense knowledge on chemistry of bio-organism. He has invented and patented a number of environmental solutions in the field of agriculture and green energy. For over two decades he has been identifying and isolating bio-organism suitable in Indian geo-climatic conditions, designing tailor made solutions for sustainable agriculture.
An alumnus of Film & Television Institute of India, Pune, Amlan is an independent filmmaker of international repute. He’s recipient of most prestigious Jan Vrijman Fund & Sundance Grant for his documentary and been honored by Indian National Film Awards thrice. He has been involved with farmers for on-field implementation of hi-tech organic package of practices for over a decade.
25 years back, Manibrata & Amlan had been studying together for B.Sc. degree in Chemistry (Hons.) at St Xavier’s College, Kolkata and then after M.Sc. in Biochemistry at Calcutta University. Two old friends have come together to found BOM LIFE a social entrepreneurship with a simple motto - ‘ECONOMY & ENVIRONMENT NOT AT COST OF EACH OTHER’

Ph.D. - Applied Material Science (University of Pennsylvania) & Physics Science (George Mason University). Current Executive Director/Chief Technologist of One Biosys Group (Malaysia, Indonesia and Fiji). He has been Executive Advisor of several Indonesian and Malaysian Governmental Agencies.
He is a collaborator with our research team in Advanced Landfill Mining and Renewable/Alternative Energy, Agriculture and Public Empowerment.
